This page is designed for existing IRP customers who have not yet signed up for MPI Registration – IRP for self-serve transactions. It provides a high-level overview of common manual processes you may need to complete as an IRP customer, along with quick access to the forms and documents required for each task.

Renew IRP Applications
Renewal applications are mailed 60 days in advance of your effective date. Complete and sign your original IRP Prorate Fleet application and IRP Prorate Vehicle application. If you are adding any new units or changing ownership, include all required supporting documentation.

Submit your application
Email, fax or mail your completed applications and checklist to the IRP Prorate Office at the contact information shown below.
Once you receive your invoice, you can pick up and pay for your IRP credentials at any Service Centre in Manitoba, including at the Physical Damage Centre, located at 1981 Plessis Road, Building B, in Winnipeg. The Physical Damage Centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
