Whether texting, talking or checking email, your hand-held cellphone can be a dangerous distraction when you're behind the wheel.

Distracted driving was shown to be a cause in 80 per cent of collisions.* Hand-held cellphones and PDAs were associated with the highest frequency of distraction-related collisions. The safest choice you can make when you are driving is to turn off your phone.
