Asleep at the wheel

You may be excited to head to the lake after work but if you're feeling tired you may want to rethink your plans. A tired driver can be just as dangerous as one who's under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Thousands of Canadians are injured or killed each year by drivers who fall asleep at the wheel. About half of the victims are under the age of 25.

Follow these tips to stay attentive behind the wheel.
