Holiday Cheer Mocktails – non-alcoholic alternatives

It’s time for holiday celebrations with family, friends and co-workers. But remember if you mix alcohol with driving, the consequences can be devastating – damage to your vehicle and worse, injury to drivers and passengers.

You can still have fun and be sociable when you entertain by offering alcohol-free mocktail alternatives that are delicious and refreshing for all tastes, ages and occasions.

Safety Belt

 

  • 1 litre – cranberry juice
  • 1 litre – apple juice
  • one 2 litre bottle – lemon lime
    soft drink
  • 1/3 bag – ice

Mix all ingredients together in a large punch bowl.
Add ice just before serving.
Garnish with lemon slices.

Safety Smoothie

 

In a large bowl, combine in the following order,

  • 1/2 a large package – raspberry drink crystals
  • 1/2 a large package – peach drink crystals
  • 1 litre – pineapple juice
  • one 2 litre bottle – ginger ale soft drink
  • 1/3 bag – ice

Pour and stir the pineapple juice into the fruit crystals.
Add the ginger ale but watch out as it quickly foams.
Add ice before serving and garnish with orange or lemon slices.
