Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI) is committed to serving the needs of our customers in both official languages, and it's easy to access more services in French at two designated French Language Service locations.
Staff at our Service Centres in Steinbach at both the Clearspring Mall (2-165 Park Road West) and 91 North Front Drive locations, and at 930 St. Mary’s Road in Winnipeg offer a range of bilingual services, including:
- Claims: In Winnipeg, please call 985-7000. Outside Winnipeg, please call 1-800-665-2410.
- Driver testing: Knowledge and practical tests can be booked at either location by calling our Driver Examination Appointment Centre at 1-800-782-0777.
- Licensing: Visit a Service Centre whether you’re applying for your first driver’s licence, are moving to Manitoba or renewing.
- Registration: Register your vehicles, including off-road equipment such as snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles.
- Insurance: Knowledgeable staff will help you choose from a variety of automobile insurance options, including Basic Autopac, Optional Autopac and Special Risk Extension coverage based on your individual needs.
