Home-Based Practice Log > The Log Sheet

To earn a Driver Education Certificate, students must log a minimum of 24 practice driving hours with a parent, guardian or qualified supervising driver. Students are required to log these hours on the Home-Based Practice Log provided at the Parent Meeting.

Timeline

Students have nine months from the Driver Education classroom start date to complete the Home-Based Practice Log.

Note: Mobile Testing Units will not accept Home-Based Practice Logs.

Additional Home-Based Practice Log

Please contact the Driver Education classroom instructor to obtain another Home-Based Practice Log for future practice, or to replace a lost log, or download here.
