Class 5 Learner's Licence > Cancellation

Driver Education instructors may cancel a Class 5 Learner’s Licence for a student who is less than 16 years of age and exhibits poor behaviour or has not satisfied all course requirements.

Under the Drivers and Vehicles Act, the Register may cancel a Class 5L Licence if the person to whom it has been issued is less than 16 years of age and fails to:
