Class 5 Learner's Licence > Cancellation

Under the Drivers and Vehicles Act, the Registrar may cancel a Class 5 Learner’s Licence if the person to whom it has been issued is less than 16 years of age and is expelled from the program or fails to meet the requirements of the program.

Parents/guardians may cancel a Class 5 Learner’s Licence for their son or daughter who is under the age of 18. For more information about how to cancel a Class 5 Learner’s Licence, call the Manitoba Public Insurance Conntact Centre at 985-7000 or toll free at 1-800-665-2410.
