Commercial
Estimator
Work Location: Various - Manitoba
Under the general supervision of the Estimating Supervisor, estimates all types of commercial and non-commercial vehicles at the Holding Compound and other locations.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Journeyman in autobody repair
- Completion of current I-Car programs
- Experience:
- Five years bench experience in autobody repair
- Two years estimating experience with exposure to commercial vehicles desirable
- Or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Special
skills and/or requirements:
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good organizational/administrative skills
- Basic computer skills
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Valid Driver's Licence
Estimator -
City
Work Location: Various - Manitoba
Under general supervision of the Estimating Supervisor, estimates all types of vehicles at City Claims Centres or Holding Compound.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Journeyman in autobody repair
- Completion of current I-Car programs
- Experience:
- Five years bench experience in autobody repair
- Two years estimating experience with exposure to commercial vehicles desirable
- Or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Special skills and/or requirements:
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good organizational/administrative skills
- Basic computer skills
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Valid Driver's Licence
Estimator
- Rural
Work Location: Various - Manitoba
Under general direction of Claims Office Manager or Estimating Supervisor, estimates all types of vehicles on road assignments at Office/Centre.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Journeyman in autobody repair
- Completion of current I-Car programs
- Experience:
- Five years bench experience in autobody repair
- Two years estimating experience with exposure to commercial vehicles desirable
- Or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
