In order to determine if the Manitoba EDL and EIC Program is successful in meeting its goals, Manitoba Public Insurance or the Canada Border Services Agency, or both, may need to carry out client surveys.
If you are willing to be contacted to participate in client surveys, please sign the consent form attached as Appendix F to this Guide. It is important to note that your consent to be contacted about participating in client surveys is voluntary and does not affect your eligibility for an EDL or EIC.
