Contest Rules

• To enter, you must be at least 18 years of age and live in Manitoba.
• Entry deadline is November 7th, 2010.
• To enter, you must first answer correctly a set of skill-testing questions about helmets.
• Employees of Manitoba Public Insurance and anyone they reside with, are ineligible.
• Any member of the Winnipeg Blue Bomber football club and anyone they reside with, are ineligible.
• We’ll choose the winning entries on November 12, 2010 and notify the winners by phone within ten days.

How to Enter

After June 25, 2010 enter on-line by answering three skill-testing questions about helmets. Good luck!

Chances of winning

Your chance of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received on or before November 7th, 2010.

Declaration and Release

Winners must sign a Declaration and Release Form to claim their prize. The Declaration and Release Form confirms the winner will comply with the official rules and releases Manitoba Public Insurance from any liability in connection with the prize or this contest. Any winner who doesn’t sign the Form will forfeit the prize. Any winner who doesn’t claim the prize within 30 days of being notified of winning, forfeits the prize.

No liability

Manitoba Public Insurance accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or claims caused by or resulting from the contest or the prize package associated with this contest.

Manitoba Public Insurance reserves the right to cancel the contest at any time for any reason whatsoever.

Decisions final

The contest judges will have the final decision on any of the contest rules. The contest judges shall consist of personnel from Manitoba Public Insurance.

Personal information collected from entrants will only be used to administer the contest. In addition, entrants, by entering this contest, consent to the use of their name and/or photograph, without compensation, in any future publicity carried out by Manitoba Public Insurance in connection with this contest.
